Additional Services & Add-ons
Extra Photography Time
• Additional time is €40 per 30 minutes for portrait, family and newborn sessions.
• Event photography is charged at €100 per additional hour.
• Extra time is subject to availability and agreement with the customer.
Additional Edited Photographs
• 1 additional photograph – €12
• 5 additional photographs – €50
• 10 additional photographs – €90
• All additional photographs are professionally edited and delivered digitally.
Travel & Transportation
• Travel within 30 km of Seinäjoki city centre is included.
• For travel beyond this area by car, a fee of €0.50 per additional kilometre is charged, calculated on the full return journey.
• When public transport is used, the actual reasonable ticket cost for the return journey is charged instead of the car travel fee.
• Any necessary parking fees or other agreed travel expenses are charged separately.
• Travel costs will always be confirmed before the booking.
Returning Customers
• Returning customers receive 10% off eligible portrait and family photography packages.
• The discount does not apply to travel costs, additional services or other charges and cannot be combined with other offers.
Custom Packages
• Have a special request or a different photography idea? Custom packages are available upon request.
Pricing Information
• All prices are final customer prices. No VAT is charged while IdeaCave Studios is not registered for VAT. If VAT registration becomes applicable, pricing will be updated accordingly.
